The Committee on Judicial Policy reviewed the Bill on Amendments to the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers "On State Duty" (re Fees for State Registration of the Corporeal Rights to Property) as to its Compliance with the Constitution of Ukraine

The primary goal of the bill (Reg. No. 8296) is to establish and regulate administration of state duty for the state registration of rights to property and their encumbrance. The bill optimizes expenditures of the state budget for the establishment and maintenance of the public administration bodies in charge of state registration of the corporeal rights to property.
